I do recognise that people do play around with mind games, should I have to reply or go silent.
As a sz person, have I lost rights of opinion ?
As the judgement is faulty, they say if I speak a lie and there is no other truth that can overcome the lie.
Since Lie is unreal, and my life deals with unreal situations , does my words have no value?
Is it good to be silent, or reply and action out then and there?

Which clearly states or I understood: is “Live in the present”
If I have brains to react at that instance I could react, else forever remain at peace and forget the instance. I should not worry or think about it ever again.
