Lyrics to an American folk song. It reminds me of the difference between black and white. Since black absorbs sunshine, while white rejects it, I’m wondering if this pertains to skin color and if that isn’t a reason the color differences in people can make us uncomfortable. We are just experiencing a different reaction to sunshine.
