Yeah, I’m not a fan of keto myself and I believe it does more harm than good in the long run.

It’s a pain in the arse to maintain.

If someone calculates and makes all my meals for me, then maybe i’d consider it again.

Seems counterintuiitve to take in so much salt just to maintain blood pressure too…

Be cautious - the journal “Nutrients” is published by MDPI, a predatory publisher, thus some papers might be low-quality

im trying it. mixed with 2 small meals a day. i broke yesterday tho and had some candy :frowning: but its gotta be healthier and more natural way of eating than packaged processed food which was my typical diet.
