I had whole wheat bread with peanut butter and banana slices for breakfast with some yogurt and oats.

Tonight my mil is making some sort of roast. Maybe it’s beef, maybe it’s pork? She hasn’t stopped to drop off dinner yet.

We’ll make another batch of pesto later.

@FatMama. The recipe calls to preheat your oven to 176.667 degrees Celsius or 350F

I just made apple pie cake. What I just discovered is that the cake mix did not cook all the way in the center and it actually tastes better that way.

I just failed in making a egg curry salad.
I put hot English mustard in instead of Dijon mustard and all you can taste is hot mustard.

I was hoping to please my man with it but now I’m thinking it might have to be given to the dogs instead.

Hope I did not waste all those beautiful eggs.

For breakfast I made an egg with Kickin Chicken seasoning and a 1/2 slice of cheddar. On top of a piece of low-cal whole wheat bread with a tiny pat of butter. I forgot to defrost the avocado today, so decided on the butter.

Lunch was leftovers - quinoa, peas and carrots, baked beans and spinach quiche. With a 1/4 glass of apple juice that I added water to.

Dinner will be more leftovers. Chili Mac, roast beef, peas and carrots and baked beans. Alongside a romaine lettuce salad.

I’m suddenly in the mood for some beef wellington.

I learned to make it a few years ago, but haven’t had it since.
Maybe I should ask my mum for her recipe, hers is delicious. I like the bread around the beef the best, lol

Those beef wellington’s look so interesting. I’ve seen them on Gordon Ramsay’s cooking shows.
