Tbh now I think it was OCD because I asked OCD subreddit and they say it’s OCD
What do they know in reddit? Your pdoc knows better

A lot of conditions have symptoms that overlap. I think I have some ocd symptoms , I’ve had psychosis and do have anxiety…

My psychosis caused my OCD but not the opposite. My OCD disappeared with the use of antipsychotics.
