The countdown has begun

Only about 17 hours before closing.

I probably should not be this excited about signing documents for 2 hours, but I am.

Have dads van all loaded up with stuff to do the floors and other stuff that we are going to take down directly after closing.

Tomorrow closing, water heater replacement, change locks, move some stuff over there.

Sunday and monday working on floors.
