Good free app for that is called balabolka copy and paste article from webpages and software and read it out loud also record to mp3 the spoken text encyclopedias dictionaries whatever i did it with some turorials on qbasic no blueooth though wierd

The voices included in windows 10 sound discernable david and zira

You can download more voices from the Microsoft site.
I’ve used orato and text help read & write gold.
I wouldn’t have been able to study this year without them.
