Hi.yesterday i took my 3 mg invega and i started to get high fever inside my body.my bodies surface was cold but my internal organs was on fire.i really scared.luckily it was oral tablet and passed in one day.i searched and it seems pretty fatal thing.i would die.my question is does anyone else experienced similar thing from invega.i was using this med since 8 years so far.this fever called thermoregulation
how do u know ur organs were running a fever? this doesnt make sense. thats not possible. invega can make you run a fever but you would have been able to take ur temperature and you would have had a high fever. your skin would have been hot too. you also could have caught something and been running a fever. it really doesnt make sense.

İ was on fever but my body surface was cold.i searched and its name thermoregulation.your body can not regulate your inner tempature thats why when you get high fever inside your outside is cold

During hot and humid weather, individuals taking antipsychotic medications are at risk of developing excessive body temperature, or hyperthermia, which can be fatal.
If your internal organs were hyperthermic, your outer body would be hot, too, as the body would try to radiate heat outwards. If you did have hyperthermia, you may experience a feeling of being cold on your skin because the body is hotter than the surrounding environment. You cannot have a fever internally and not have one externally, it’s physiologically impossible.
