Been watching the movies after not seeing them in a while. Great movies. Which one do you prefer and why?

terminator is the original so i got to vote it

I liked them both equally, just in the original Terminator its opening credit music was better than T2’s. It is almost melancholic.

terminator was big concept at the time
guy sent back in time to save his own father from the ai machine sent to kill him
second one just had the molten metal guy

I liked Terminator 2 cuz i loved the scene where Sarah Connor escapes from the psych ward! That fueled many of my own dreams of escaping psych wards at the time.

I mean you could make an argument for either, but I’m such a Robert Patrick fan that 2 edges the first one out for me. Plus 2 was the first one I saw and has that ending we all love so much.

T2, because Schwarzenegger is the good guy here. Also better visual technology animations, and a real good story. Fast paced action.
T1 is good too, but it’s a darker movie I feel, which doesen’t appeal that much to me personally.

Terminator Zero just dropped on Netflix. It doesn’t follow the Connors but it’s pretty great. All the AI doom stuff hits different these days lol.
