Finished high school. Went to uni to study medicine. Did 5 years in which time I also got a degree in immunology. Didn’t graduate from med school though.

Got my bachelor of science degree in biology/pre-med in 2002, went on to med school that fall but I became very ill in the spring of 2003. I still finished out that year of med school despite psychosis, even if I did fail half of my classes that term. I worked crummy jobs for a couple of years before starting grad school in the fall of 2005. I managed to complete four semesters of coursework plus the lab work for my thesis project while healthy, then took a job before finishing the remaining requirements. After failing miserably at lab work and having another psychotic break I came home and worked a crummy job. I finished my thesis, gave my seminar, passed my orals and got my master of science degree in December 2009. My area in biology for my master’s was immunology.
