it is scarey to open up to new people all the time i hate it id rather have 1 therpist throughout my whole life that would be nice. lol
Many things are scary for me lately. But the thought of being locked up if I am honest has be terrified.
i had this delusion once, it does freak you out , but it was rubbish.
best thing to squash a delusion like this is visit your gp .

It sounds far-fetched but you might follow surprisedās advice and get it checked out. I have never met anyone( that I know of) who had a tapeworm.
