I also have a van. Not really by choice though. I had back surgery and needed a bigger vehicle.
Now I don’t think I’ll ever go back to anything smaller lol
I’d like a pick up truck but gas and insurance are crazy expensive on trucks.

I was never interested in a truck, I debated between a minivan and an SUV. I’m happy with my decision. It’s very versatile. It has a feature called “Stow’n’Go” were you can fold all the middle and back seats under the floor so it becomes a cargo van, or you can raise them all up and the van seats 7. I keep the back row folded under the floor for lots of storage space and keep the middle row up so the van fits 4. There are only 4 people in my family so it works out great.

Thanks! It’s a 3.3L V6 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I bought it from my mechanic. It has almost 300,000 km on it but when I bought it my mechanic was concerned about the high number of kilometres on the engine so he swapped in another engine with fewer kilometres, the second engine has about 150,000 km on it. I’ve read the 3.3L is one of the most dependable Grand Caravan engines so hopefully it keeps going for a long time
It’s 13 years old now but it still runs good and I’ve done my best to keep it in good condition and looking good. Whenever a little bit of rust shows I sand it down, primer, paint and clear coat it myself.
