SZ.com Photo Club Challenge 002

For the week of July 23, 2023 to July 29, 2023 the subject of the challenge is:

UNYIELDING.

What do you think of when you hear that word? And can you show it in a photograph?

Rules:

  1. Must be your own work - no posting someone else’s work.
  2. Must be a real photograph taken by you, not from an AI, not a drawing, sketch, or painting.
  3. Must be captured between the start and end dates of the challenge, not some car you photographed five years ago.

Go make art and have fun!

Well, obviously Ghost is the most unyielding thing ever, but I don’t want to do a dog pic lol. A kid is my next thought, but I don’t know any and wouldn’t post one on the site if I did. This one is something to think about.

Well, this was a significantly more challenging subject than the car one, but I finally have something to post. The picture requires an explanation for it to make sense and its not a particularly stunning photo, but it has meaning.

My sister got this rock after having so many treatments for cancer and I think it embodies unyielding to a “T”. She later gave it to my mom and it now sits next to a tree in our back yard.
