Switched from semi skimmed milk (half and half?) to whole milk. Lost weight

I use a lot less whole milk in my tea than semi skimmed. It has more fat but overall I think I take in less calories.

Plus have given up bread

1% is my go-to. You really just need a tiny bit of milkfat to add flavor in my opinion. Whole is way too heavy for me and skim is like white-colored water.

Here we don’t have whole milk, only 1,2,3%.
I love whole milk.

I love whole milk! I’ve thought about giving up bread. I really need to lose some weight. I’ve been dieting for weeks.

I use nonfat milk in my cereal. I use half&half in my morning coffee.

I use 2% lactose free milk

I skipped right to heavy cream for my coffee. I absolutely love it, and will never go back to milk.

I don’t drink milk, but for cooking I use organic 2%
