Stimulation

I used to practice mindfullness meditation. Sometimes I would go to a park and just sit on a bench and watch the world go by. Nowadays, ever since my episode, I find my brain doesnt have the ‘stamina’ to do that anymore. Does anyone else need constant stimulation, like listening to music, or playing on your phone, when you go out into the world, in order to distract your mind? I dream of one day being able to enjoy doing nothing again.

When I go on walks I give up unless I’m listening to music. My mind gets irritated n bored much quicker. I know wat u mean. Its sad

I have the opposite problem, my mind wants to distract me from playing or listening to music…
