Started a journal, I reckon it’s like CBT, putting all my thoughts down on a paper. it’s very therapeutic. This girl at my IOP journals and gave me the idea. It’s fun and I can look back and recognize patterns in behavior I guess. i hope i continue with it.
Keep it going! I think it was @notmoses who turned me on to CBT workbooks by William J. Knaus and I am a better person because of them. I still keep a regular journal as well.
