"Splinter" in brow chakra disappeared

So I had another unusual belief event a few days ago.

I felt a “splinter” of sorts disappear from my brow chakra/third eye.

I’ve had stuff like this happen before.

The weird thing is previous to this I suffered from a bit of magical thinking (e.g. “if i shower someone will get hurt” ) and that seems to have gone now.

I could say that it’s my antipsychotic abilify doing stuff but it felt so real.

I’ve no place or person to tell this to in real life so I’m just getting it out here.

I have weird sensations and things like that.

What’s do weird about our condition is that even the dumb or slightly tangible explanations that come to our mind take hold very fast. Simple thoughts stick way to easy and form pretty nasty footholds.
