And at age 74, that’s saying something. Anyway, I went to bed happy. I’ve gone to bed tired, I’ve gone to bed bored, I’ve gone to bed because I was told to, and I’ve gone to bed because “it was time to”. But I had never gone to bed happy until a few nights ago. It was a new experience to lie down in a happy frame of mind not worrying about the next day or wondering if I’ll ever go to sleep. I hope it happens again.

Awesome! That’s a good feeling. I go to be wondering if i’ll fall asleep before my partner (he snores).

          That’s great ! :-):-):-)
That’s wonderful, @PinCushion! I hate bedtime because it’s a roll of the dice whether I’ll be able to sleep, and the thoughts are rapid-fire… I can sleep during the day pretty well. Nighttime has the expectation of hours of sleep, and daytime can just be a half hour or an hour and it’s a good nap. Anyway, I hope you get many more happy bedtimes, @PinCushion. You certainly have earned them!
