This is a tough one. You know those people aren’t going to see things your way. They will probably be very angry. You might even get into a long running feud with them. But if that is what you think you should do, then do it.

What time is it? Are they blasting their music? If they’re blasting their music at 2:00 am then ask them to turn the music down, and if they don’t do that you would be justified in calling the cops.
In that case, I would call the cops.
They’re not going to know it was you.
Of course, there’s always the risk they will, but I feel that’s slim,
Especially not being their neighbors or anything.

Go join them or ask if you can, then call the cops if they reject you. Maybe there are girls and new friends.
