Make time for yourself every day or every two days. to de-stress by doing something you like. Take a walk, go shopping, watch a DVD, cook yourself some special food you like, take a bath, read a magazine.
That is a lot stress… I hope you get some time to recharge and rest.
Remember… you have to take care of you before you have the ability to take care of others.

Motherhoods not called the hardest job in the world for nothing. Do remember to look after yourself first and foremost though. You, your family then your friends in that order.
Hang in there samples, you’ll feel better soon, apple pie season is almost here. I made a couple of pies last night, but the apples are still a little tart.
