Lou Reed and John Cale have ‘rough’ voices and it did them no harm, so there is hope for me yet.
Also hearing one’s own voice spoils it in realty. Doing so often makes people in general cringe. So it skews your own bias a lot.
I’ll rework the sound and reverb on my song tomorrow so my voice is clearer.
