I just went for a drive to get refills for my ecig.
The place I get them is just past one of the busiest intersection in my part of town. It’s where 2 fairly busy roads intersect and a third road ends. People call it “5 points”, because there are 5 points of intersection.
Anywho, As I start getting closer to the intersection I start seeing people with banners and large signs. Initially, I thought this might be homeless people getting more adept at their jobs. Usually they just have small cardboard signs.
Finally, as I arrive at the intersection I realize there are like 12 or 15 people holding banners and signs. The first one I was able to read, said something like “stop the sexualization of our children”. So I’m thinking, well maybe this is a good thing, even though they might be pushing it having people stop and read them at one of the busiest intersections in town.
However, on my return trip from the shop , I was able to catch a couple more of their banners. One read something like “Stop the promotion of LGBTQ values” with a guy pointing to “honk if you agree” and another read said something about keeping “LGBTQ learning out of the schools”.
I wish I wouldve brought my cell phone for a pic. Expect it might be on the news tonight. Don’t want to start a big political debate here, just wanted to share my experience I had.
Also, it looked like some of them were wearing those like “barbershop quartet” style hats. No idea what that signifies.
Anyway, that was my exciting drive to get some refills for my ecig.
Hope you enjoyed.
