I quit over ten years ago.

One of the best things I did.
I could not even afford to buy milk sometimes when I was a smoker.
I was a binge drinker too and my money was spent on destructive things that are bad for me like cigarettes.

It’s great to not smoke anymore.

My x boyfriend smokes and I am proud I did not start again despite that he smoked inside and I actually love the smell.

I use NRT, quit smoking about 2 years ago.

I can’t stand the smell. I can smell it 20-30 metres away and I detest it. I wonder how i ever smoked the stuff.

I only smoke 3-6 cigarettes a day so I don’t need to quit
