I smoked a cigarette, today for the first time since this winter.
I was taking a 6hr long course, and I was really panicking and stressed out. So , I bummed one off someone.
It hit me instantly. My mind slipped, and I was no longer in reality. I started to shake and feel like I was going to fall over. When I sat on the curb the faintness passed. However, I was still not present, and my head became extremely loud.
I could not focus on the course for a couple of hours, after that.
It’s so strange how sensitive I have become. Maybe because I hadn’t eaten all day?
Either way, I now remember why smoking is a bad idea for me.
Anyone else get this? I find this sort of thing happens if I drink too much caffeine, eat a high glycemic meal, too much in one sitting or too much sugar, as well.
