You gotta love a small town
My therapist is out of commission for at least another 3 weeks.
There is a referral out in space for me to see a Psychiatrist to deal with anxiety but who knows when that will land - it’s been floating for about 3 weeks so far.
My physician decided not to prescribe to me because my case is over her head.
The county folks can’t see me because I have a therapist not employed by the county.
So, I wait, anxious, frustrated and trying not to obsess on all the changes going on in my life right now that might be better handled with something for anxiety or even just a therapy session.
This is really wearing me out. I won’t miss the quality of mental health services in the middle of nowhere,
