I am taking 50mg amisulpride once a day for the past 4 years. Is anybody else here taking the same dosage? I would like to the side effects that you are having. One side effect that I am having is I feel tired and sick the whole day if sleep is not good.

I used to take 200mg Amisulpride daily but now I take 5mg Olanzapine +50mg Amisulpride. When I was on 200mg Amisulpride about three years ago I felt extremly tired during the day. Then I changed to Olanzapine. But 5mg Olanzapine solely made me seriously depressed and I had to add 50mg Amisulpride to it. low dose of Amisulpride has the effect of antidpressant. Now I feel OK on this combo with a mild tiredness after noon time everyday.

Oh okay. I was also feeling tired when I was on 100mg Amisulpride.

I was 800mg for a long time
The reason I had to come off it was bad QTc heart results
Hope you won’t have that issue
Didn’t really make me overly tired compared to meds like Olanzapine

I was taking 50 mg Amulspride tablets for 4 to 5 years, 2 years ago. Now I am not taking any med.
50 mg Amulspride has a side-effect on me that I was unable to sex.

I took amisulpride for several months. It helped me feel less sedated but its the only drug I’ve ended up manic while taking so I had to come off it.
If I were you I would give it a go and see if it suits you. Often drugs feel the heaviest when you are first taking them. After like 6-8 weeks it will have settled a bit and you will feel more normal.

So far it suits me. Only when my sleep is bad, I feel tired the whole day.
