I managed to go for a half hour walk.
No other exercise today.
Just couldnāt get myself to do the video today.
Something is something.
So Iām happy with the walk.
Itās good enough.
For me.
I baked rye bread and gave my brother half the loaf.
Walked my dog.

I napped for a good four hours. A little longer than I meant to. I was wasted by the time I got home and it wasnāt me who did the driving. Too much excitement today.
Feeling good now though. Drinking water. Gonna find a movie on Vudu in a bit. Vaping too.

Are you on disability? Do you live in the US?
I live in the US and I have to see my pdoc a minimum of once every 3 months to keep my benefits. I usually see her every 2 months anyway though

Things got a little more complicated my way my drummer insulted two of my friends and one of my best friends one of which wants to beat me up over it I feel as if I canāt trust him anymore you may be my drummer but his conduct sucks completely

Itās really hitting me that I was probably schizophrenic my entire life and I never learned how to be sane, so I have to learn now at age 29. I donāt know how to think without putting myself at the center of everything. I donāt know if Iām narcissistic or just severely mentally ill. I just know that I have to learn to see the world in a completely different way, from a completely different perspective; and that is going to take time.

Huh! I never heard of such a thing. Maybe folks who are on SSI have to see a pdoc every three months but not sure.
