I basically slept all evening so I’ll probably be up for a while. Had some crazy dreams where I was in the AF again.

I’ve eaten out for dinner two nights in a row. Last night Chinese. The night before a restaurant. For some reason eating food out makes me even more hungry the next day and I’m also feeling a bit sick. So I won’t be doing it again in a hurry.

My MH has been pretty good lately actually. I heard a little bit of voices yesterday but nothing too distressing. Kinda weird as there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when I hear them.

Visiting another castle today.
Not feeling 100% today physically. But a bit better mentally.
Still have not resumed my antidepressant. But been staying away from the news and that seems to have helped me improve somewhat. Also avoiding people I don’t know.

Yeah it’s my stomach @Speedy I’m wondering if I have an ulcer. So I took some omeprazole this morning and I shall call the doctors on Monday.

I had a stomach ulcer when I was in college. They gave me antibiotics I think I can’t remember they did give me something. I had blood in my poop

I think stress can bring them on. I am prone to acid reflux too though.

Yeah my Counselor was telling me that my ulcer was probably induced by stress

@Speedy I did not quit it cold turkey. My psychiatrist knew I was stopping and gave her advice how to come off it
