Say Anything Q is for Question Mark & the Mysterians ;)

Yeah, it seems a pointless endeavour. Disheartening. And in fact, ive just realised something. It may even be the very thing that has caused my recent rollercoaster.

Monte. Sir. You are a legend. Opened my eyes

Congratulations @AppleKidd!

Oh if it feels purposeless hmmmā€¦ Is there some volunteering u may enjoy more since 4 months is a long wait.

Haha!

Thank you my good sir.

Iā€™m really just a dude who enjoys wearing flip flops, has a cat, and dips into a little armchair philosophy once in a while.

Lol, honestly. I think youve solved my conundrum. But Iā€™ll have to take a page out of your hobbies and dabble in some arm chair philosophy of my own for a bit to confirm myself.

Haha, thanks though

You could also focus on making a movement plan and moving more. Thatā€™s what Iā€™m doing right now.

Sounds good ole chap!

I like to think of philosophy as the art of thinking.

If you know how to think youā€™ll vote for the good guys, and no one can kick you in the shins! (OUCH). :open_mouth:

I think i need to start running. Ive been waiting to move to my permanent address to start my fitness activities but i dont think it can wait. Youā€™re right.

Iā€™ve made my intention. Im gonna do a quick run around the block tomorrow evening. @Jonathan2 legend.

Haha. This cute fella is one of my favourite emojis.

I think fitness is better than volunteering, bc volunteering involves socialising on a more professional level which makes me bored and liable to overthinking.

Gonna do a run tomorrow. I need it.

Haha! I think itā€™s a really funny emoji too. Kind of like an ā€œOh crap!ā€ kinda face.

Are you able to run on abilify for a good amount of time?

Should be able to. At least 10 minutes if i try. I was doing 20 minute runs back when i lived with my parents, but granted i only weight about 70kg back then, now im just below middle 80s.

Idrc how long i run. Because i know, with each try, it slowly improves. Has always worked that way.

As for regularly. Weā€™ll see. If i get addicted, it should be fine.

Sounds like a solid plan.!!

Hmm maybe I will go for a run too if Iā€™m not too tired. Your approach is inspirational
