so there is no way i can afford abilify without insurance and the insurance is messed up right now so im going to ask to be put on perphenazine once the insurance is working and i am able to see my pdoc and for refills so if the insurance messes up again than i will be able to get meds i will just have to pay for them i dont know how any of this is gonna work out but i only have 5 abilify pills left and my pdoc appointment is friday next week hopefully the insurance is fixed by than
I will say this about perphenazine, it didn’t cause any weight gain that I could see,

I am good. I was up super late last night.I was able to socialize with some folks these past two of days, it was nice. I haven’t seen anyone for like a couple of months. I also cut back on my volunteer hours because It was getting stressful. My boss was understanding.
Gonna take it easy for the next little while and do some reading!
