I slept well. Took a med earlier. Feeling pretty good. No issues.
Sobriety intact.
No serious plans today.

I just took my clozapine. Decided to take half a pill. Maybe there’s a middle ground.
Also finished module 52 of my healing course. That’s the last one. Now I will move on to their Business Academy course about setting up your own business.

had lunch on the deck with my mother. played hours of civ 6. drank and am drinking coffee. good to get out of the house a while. need to figure out why my condo smells like urine. even i did, my clothes this morning. watched a service. lostened to my radio show as well.

I think I screwed up. In fine print on these CBD gummies it says THC .03%. They didn’t work for sleep but now I’m worried bcz I get drug tested all the time. It just advertised the canib oil and melatonin.
I know nothing about these things.
