I had a good day. Saw my mom and her dog. Low anxiety levels, exercised for an hour, had a good dinner. Man, Jahmyr Gibbs is a beast.

Yeah I like Montgomery as a short yardage power running back, but man Gibbs is like lightning, if the OL can open up a hole for him, runs at least 22 mph or something like that.

I got the hospital job! I had my second interview this morning and they called to offer the position about two hours ago.
I have to get a physical, fingerprints, drug test, and background check done, and my start date will be after the holidays.

Not much going on here tonight. Jimmy and I are just hunkering down for the night.
I think I gained a little winter weight. Probably a mix of good food and less walks to the thrift shop.
I got those same cargo pants again today but in a bigger waist size and the new ones are much more comfortable. So go ahead and call me fat!

I’m chilling here scrolling through the forum with the Lions game on. I might go watch the Lions play the Steelers I believe at the Lions Stadium this month with my niece and one of her friends. I am planning on joining the school of rock music school, which has some people my age in a group. They’re playing a tribute to all the rock stars that died at the age of 27. I will hopefully play the drum set with this group. And get weekly drums lessons All for a price of $350 a month and a measly $100 registration fee. I think it’s very expensive but it’s worth it to me.

Sometimes I still get the physical symptoms of anxiety even if im not feeling anxious in that moment. I just had 3 heart “thumps” laying in bed.
Im trying to do everything I can to keep my heart healthy. Lose weight, run, get enough sleep, ect… but these damn palpitations always seem to come back.
At least Olanzapine is keeping my delusions at bay. When I go outside now (not often) I dont think that every car that drives by me is going to roll their windown down and start shooting at me anymore. Also dont think drinks in stores are poisoned anymore. I used to always grab the drink at the very back.
