Started Ozempic today. Got freaked out about some irreversible lung condition called popcorn lung. Addiction is worse then Schizophrenia.

Hey @Speedy sorry to hear about the constipation. My dr said that prunes and bran cereal can help too. I’ve done both and it helped. I hope you get relief soon.

I finally fell asleep last night after a long battle with symptoms. It was rough.
What helped was to focus on the noise that the sound machine was making and not voices and thoughts.

My husband and I are going to go to the Salvation Army to look around. I’m looking for office dress casual short sleeve tops for spring and summer. I can get quality looking clothes inexpensive that look like new. Hopefully I have good luck there.
We’re going out to eat alone at a restaurant in a country-like area later. We’re really looking forward to it.

Need to let go of her now. Its well and truly gone. Moving on is so hard, especially after holding on to another chance with her. I dont think i’ll ever find someone as soft as her again.
