I recommend a home warranty. It’s well worth the cost. Saves us big.
When you buy a house normally you get one free for a year at closing. And renewals aren’t that expensive.

Ours expired. We actually have spent less on repairs than we would have spent on renewing the warranty. Also, the warranty wouldn’t cover the tree, anyway. Kinda get screwed either way, but we are surprisingly paying less, without the warranty.
Our home warranty, when we had it, covered the cost of a single fuse, for our A/C. And that was the only thing it ever covered. We spent more on the warranty than the cost of that single fuse.
We have home owner’s insurance, but that covers us humans and our mistakes. Like if we left a candle on and burned down a room. It won’t cover the tree, either.
We are actually discussing if we should just have that tree chopped down. Which is very sad, because I love trees. But this tree has been a huge problem ever since we moved in.

I ate gelato at two today and have no appetite for dinner. I was assigned a new pdoc today and will be getting a new therapist soon. I talked to the head of therapists and explained what went wrong with my last therapist and I’m always calm talking to him cause he’s cool.
I took a walk today and went to the store and bought enough to last me till the next year. I have $20 left over and I’m renewing my subscription to Smithsonian magazine. I played guitar at seven a.m which is the best time, some sad Irish tunes and Bach. This afternoon I played mandolin. I’ll be asleep before too long.
I spent the last four days in Hades, the land of the dead. It might sound attractive but it really doesn’t work. I have to pull myself up sooner or later.

Okay. I have a home warranty on the house I live in and the house I am renting.
I got a new AC compressor for the rental house this year. That would have been about $3000 if I didn’t have the warranty. I think it’s $575 a year.i pay that all at once.
The warranty on the house I live in they charge me $53 a month.
It doesn’t cover trees. I had a pretty large tree removed this year to make my driveway bigger. I think it was about $1200. But they didn’t get all the roots.
When I had the driveway done I had to pay more to get the roots removed so it really cost me more than that.

Looking at a De’Longhi espresso machine for next payday. Been thinking about it for a year now and I guess I do want one. @shutterbug’s ankle bites fester into kitchen appliance cravings. 
Fed the kitty. He wants lap time I guess. Not really meowing but he is following me around. Feels good to be sorta loved by a cat. 
Two people are napping so I am going to wait on the banjo or I could put the mute on the bridge then play.
Gonna get in bed early tonight and get up to go to the fitness center in the morning. I want to win my first fight of the day, resistance, and develop a routine.

Routine is very good! I actually should get back into a routine. I have been struggling, lately. Like, skipping showers, and if I do shower it’s in the afternoon. I would like to wake up, get that shower done early, and maybe do some chores.

Well lost all my meds I peed before the Dr made me wait 45 mins n room then I didn’t have to go when she ordered it so she told me today it’s an automatic fail the drug test.

I headed out of town with my parents in their rv to a campground. We havent gone in awhile its very relaxing. Its one of the only times that i can read a book. Got a tom clancy novel but my dyskinesia it making hard to read my arms are really shaky. Im excited about dinner i dont know what were having but it will be something good. I was super hyper this morning went on a good walk and i calmed down.
