I’m a little bit tired but I’m trying to shift my sleep pattern.
I ordered a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. I got a good deal on it. They are usually very expensive.

I hope that works out. When I don’t feel well I usually also take some clozapine and Tranxene and sleep it off.

That sounds like a good idea.
I’m quite scared to take a shower because I’m getting commands currently and I don’t want to make a mistake. No more of it.
If not I’ll just skip shower and do it in the morning. I still am convinced that bathroom is full of invisible poison.

Also, having my CT scan this afternoon…. I’m nervous for it. Not sure why. Hopefully they don’t even find anything.

Having a good morning 
Just having another coffee and enjoying the silence. Sam is relaxing too. Not much going on today. I am expecting at least one delivery today, the Amazon kettle still has not been delivered. Have a package up at the mailbox too but walking up there is not on the agenda today.

Slept a lot but didn’t sleep in my bed last night.
Nothing is going on today.
Took a shower and got dressed. (I know my life is exciting!!!)
My hand still hurts so I cannot crochet or cross stitch right now.

It was -7C with the wind, at 7:30 am, but I went out for groceries anyway. An old injury from August was bothering me, so I walked slow. Brrrrr!
I got some essentials (cheese, mozzarella, and KIND bars), and also got a another panini. I’ll have to stop getting them so much. It’s becoming too regular of a thing, and each panini is $7. An expensive item, even if I eat it in two different portions. Plus it’s high in salt with all the salami and ham. 
Someone snail mailed me a Christmas card. It’s nice to get those. They warm my icy heart, even though I eventually throw them out.

I slept well. No issues. Took a med with a cola.
Did some studying.
Fed the meowzers. Poor thing was dying for some attention. 
Today I have both a guitar and banjo lesson online with my teacher from Virginia. Should go well.
It is getting closer for dad’s ex getting outta here. Things will be better then. I am grateful that she called an ambulance for me when I took my drunken fall but the woman is a slob then I get to listen to my dad ■■■■■ about her. I wish her well though.
