I think it’s true. That’s actually a paraphrase of the actual quote. The actual quote is like
Happiness is an activity of the soul in accordance with virtue. Which is essentially saying happiness is doing good activities. Which kind of goes without saying. I don’t think anyone thinks smoking, doing crack and robbing people will make them happy. But yea back to the quote. Positive activities bring happiness neccisarily. Every time we clean or help someone or pray or do something constructive it makes us feel good. Gives us a boost of serotonin, dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin etc.

lol idk why but when im watching an interrogation and the detectives finally tell them that a person (that they took the life of) is dead, the fake crying and acting so exaggeratedly like they didnt know. but funny in a way as the detectives just look at them like they are stupid as they already have enough evidence to convict them even before the questioning started, and during questioning the suspects contradict themselves in so many ways
