Darth vader came up in my psychosis. Basically the ventilator at the hospital was his mouth and it was speaking to me with that voice and the ventilator was moving up and down like in a cartoonish way to reflect his heavy breathing. I think the voices were trying to lighten up a scary time for me. Because it was funny. Although the circumstances really were dead serious.
