Riddle I just made up/poem

What’s a inch away but never reached,
Mountains to climb to try to get to it,
Dreamed and hoped of,
The answer you can’t seem to find.

What’s miles away but always within reach,
No mountains to climb to get to it,
Undreamed for and unhoped for.
The answer you try to get rid of.

Also a poem

Trying to get back to the place I use to know, being somewhere unfamiliar, looking for somewhere else to call my home, to find a home away from home. Home is where you make it though, and the other places I can’t seem to find. So I stopped looking for a different state where I could be well again, I decided to return home where I can learn to love and breath again.

Is there an answer? I give up!

Good. I like it.

Add on to poem since I can’t edit again. Running from what can’t be me? This is not the place for me, looking for hope in this anomaly, but I end up running from what is me. To love myself unconditionally, there is nowhere else I want to seek. Beautiful it is when you look, through these eyes again, your beautiful and loved, a place where you are accepted and is your home again.
