The important thing is to realize what they define as treatment resistant. From what I recall TRS simply means that the patient was unresponsive to two trials of different APs. Meaning, if two APS fail to treat the patient, he is deemed treatment resistant.

By that definition I may have TRS. Plus, I take two APs, so I wasn’t responsive to one, which means I have TRS. So, from what I remember, it is a really broad defninition, and if this medicine is successful, I would definitely rather take it than Amisulpride as the second medication.
