Tonight I’m reminded that relationships aren’t easy. They are hard work. Takes patience. Practice. Learning to share. Meeting the other person half way.
And I’m sure being a mother isn’t easy either which I will soon find out.

I have given up on relationships if you mean it in the sense of dating, marriage etc.
I have also given up on being a parent.
But if you wish to engage in these things, I can only wish you good luck.

I think if people were happy and content-ish before entering a relationship it would go differently, speaking from my limited experience of course.
