Chianina beef is a kind of Italian beef cattle.

I’ve had buffalo which was pretty tasty but I felt like I bad about eating a buffalo. I also have had frog legs, they taste like chicken.
My old neighbor who is from Mexico once made fried crickets, it was damn tasty and crispy.
Haha I forgot about crickets. When well prepared they’re surprisingly tasty.
Fresh, recently killed boar meat is pretty good.
