I notice that when members post, they have a little custom phrase/slogan next to their name. How can I do this?

Afaik, the mods have to do it for you. You can tag one and let them know what you’d like your tagline to be.
Yeah you just tell us what you want and we can put it down, as long as it fits in the space and doesn’t violate any rules. We do ask for the cat tax, which is just adorable pictures of cats
