So with enough insight you can never have an hallucination again? They’re all pseudohallucinations?

I’m sure I’ve had a few pseudohallucinations.I think the difference lies in the level of insight or that you are generating the hallucination yourself (misattributed inner speech) rather than it coming from an external source.
