I pray for a good day today. Positive thoughts no intrusive thoughts no bad voices. I am going out with my parents today for lunch and grocery shopping.

I am afraid of watching tv at my parent’s house although I can not ask them to turn it off. Last Sunday I was so nervous at church thinking something bad would happen.
