I’m not all that excited about the new m4 drugs. I know they’ll be safer I just don’t see them improving our quality of life much more then 2nd generation APs. I could be completely wrong but that’s what my intuition is telling me. I really wanna see something that targets glutamate or the NMDA receptor work out.

Iclepertin is related to glutamate. It’s in phase 3 I think. It seems to me that the ‘‘third generation’’ antipsychotics are muscarinics.
