I personally believe that atoms hold the secrets of the universe. That inside every atom is a resonance that can be attuned to vibrate on a molecular level, atomic energy resonance, or magnetism, maybe a lot of the hidden alchemical techniques are mocked because they hold power and scare some.

I have been doing reiki attunements and it is relieving me of stress.

As far as I know atoms are composed of electrons, protons and neutrons but idk what quartz are.
