Yeah no matter how long I go without binge eating I always find myself cycling back into the same pattern. And there’s a large number of food types I binge on. I even binge on bread, rice, prunes (once), salted cashews, popcorn, some types of meats, along with the chips, candy, and soda people usually associate it with. I wonder how stir crazy my ancestors who I inherited this crap from were during the Winter back in the day food was not as available during the non-growing season before food was available year round in the grocery stores.
