I’m not sure if it’s purely low self esteem. I think it’s a mix of low self esteem and some ‘paranoia’ for me

A large amount of the time I feel useless and worthless. I’ll sometimes brag, but it’s a bragging borne of insecurity and self defensiveness rather than confidence and conviction.

Lol as much as I’d like to say yes, it’s difficult when voices are telling you how stupid you are all day. Even if you ignore them it takes a toll on your self esteem
