Not sure that low doses combos available in pharmacy are very efficient.
You dont need more than the recommended daily intake (RDA).

Was wondering why I have seen improvement in this area, but I make so many changes to my meds it’s always very hard to tell what’s doing what
I take some, but not every day… I have not the discipline or the will to take them every day… Plus, yeap, the best is to have a better nutrition than vitamins i think .
Taking a multiitamin bodes the issue when is it shrewd to include methylated folate and b-12.
