Poll: Do you feel physically older than you are (not mentally)

I feel older now thanks to Arthritis, mind still feels young though

On good days, I feel younger and have so much energy and enthusiasm.
On bad days, I can not do much.

I like to be young and enjoy life.

Older and younger
Older bcuz I have a fat belly that was flat before
And younger bcuz I have pimples like a teenager. Presently got six on lower half of face aaarrrgh!!!

Excessive FPS gaming on the computer, plus having Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I feel physically younger than my age, I think, because of all the exercise, (yoga), that I do every day.

Definitely.
I’m 23, but my joints hurt, they creak and pop, I’m always exhausted, have so many aches and pains, my muscles hurt, I can’t take loud noises or too much activity, my hair is falling out, my digestion doesn’t work, and I have the metabolism of an 80 year old.
Not to mention my face just looks older, and I have sags, lines and wrinkles that no person my age should have.

@Gina2 How do you do the yoga? have you learned the moves at a class beforehand to do it yourself at home? Do you use a video or videogame to help you?

I don’t know how to answer that. I look younger but feel older both mentally and physically.

I learned it mostly through books, videos, and yoga apps. I’ve also taken a few classes here and there, but, not many.

I wish the ps4 did an interactive yoga game with the camera, but they don’t. I should have got the xbox one instead as they now have a interactive yoga game available.

I am going to try the videos of yoga instead. :slight_smile:

Yoga videos are a great way to learn yoga and do it at home. I’d start with beginning, gentle hatha yoga.

I’ve just downloaded a beginners guide to yoga to get started with Sara Ivanhoe. I hope she is good. Tomorrow after meditation, work out with small weights then some yoga for half an hour.

Cor blimey! That yoga is difficult. Just learning the moves has brought me out in a sweat. I’ll take it slowly and build it up. The warrior move killed me. :rofl:
